First Machine
Commenced operations with an L&T injection moulding machine, capacity 730 MT/year, focused on water and CSD preforms.
Capacity Expansion
Expanded to 3,300 MT/year with three more machines (Toshiba & Ferromatik Milacron), extending coverage to Hotfill, Liquor and Oil packaging.
Additional Segments
Partnered with other manufacturers for up to 100 MT/month via job work, entering pharma and jar segments ahead of in-house setup.
Targeting 4,800 MT/Year & Beyond
Next phase targets 4,800 MT/year in-house, with a long-term vision of 7,500+ MT/year — full in-house manufacturing across specialty, jar and pharma segments.
